Terri McIntosh began with The Ripon Society and The Franklin Center in 2002. As Vice President and Senior Director of International Events, she has managed Capital to Capital policy conferences in such cities as Vienna, Istanbul, Panama City, Buenos Aires, London, Rome, and Copenhagen, among others. Terri’s goal for every conference is to create an educational and informative experience for everyone.

Her passion for travel began in high school with her first trip to the UK. She believes that travel, especially international travel, creates a greater understanding and compassion for others. And raising three wonderful sons on her own also taught her how to be a detailed planner.

Prior to joining Ripon, Terri worked for Hilton Hotels & Resorts for many years in various sales positions including Director of Sales, National Accounts. In her spare time, she enjoys travel, gardening, and showing her wreaths and centerpieces at local craft fairs.
